Returns Policy

We appreciate that you want to shop with confidence, knowing if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it.

 1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • the item is unused,
  • unwashed,
  • in original packaging,
  • and in resellable condition.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer.

 
To qualify for a change-of-mind return:
1) You must provide valid proof of purchase
2) Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all labels and tickets attached. 
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on pillows, duvet inners,or other bedding and personal items. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 if the product is faulty.


2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • damaged,
  • faulty,
  • defective,
  • or different from what you ordered,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number,
  • clear photos of the item,
  • and packaging images if applicable.

We will assess the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include:

  • replacement,
  • store credit,
  • repair,
  • or refund.


Terms and Conditions

  • This policy applies to all purchases made in-store or online.
  • Refunds and exchanges will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. The original physical or digital card must be presented.
  • Credit notes do not expire.
  • Valid proof of purchase includes an original till receipt, online invoice/packing slip, or a bank statement showing the date, store, and amount.
  • Original freight charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. If the item is faulty, AaramLivingNZ will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
  • If a product is faulty, AaramLivingNZ will meet its obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the fault.
  • AaramLivingNZ reserves the right to decline a return if goods are not in original condition or the above requirements are not met.
  • For change-of-mind postal returns, AaramLivingNZ is not responsible for items lost in transit. We recommend using a tracked service.
